Usage
Pour approximately 200 ml (1 portion) of boiled water over the tea bag and allow to steep for about 5 minutes. Leave to cool to drinking temperature (approximately 37°C). Check the temperature. Always prepare tea fresh. Please do not add sweeteners. Depending on the age of your child, 1-2 portions throughout the day.
