These pads are sterile, individually wrapped, and reusable for up to 24 hours.

Instructions for use:

Wash your hands before using the product.

1. Open the pouch.
2. Remove the gel pad from the plastic liner.
3. Place the gel side of the pad directly onto your nipple.
4. Do not use if the individual pouch is open or damaged.
5. Remove the gel pad before breastfeeding.
6. Place the pad on a clean surface.
7. Gently wash the breast with warm water and pat dry.
8. Begin breastfeeding.
9. Reapply the gel pad after breastfeeding.

Do not use soap or detergent to clean the pad. Store gel pads in a cool, dry place. For a stronger cooling effect, you can store the gel pads in the fridge. The pads are reusable for 24 hours. Dispose of the gel pad and use a new one if it becomes cloudy.
