Ingredients

• Birch leaf (Betula pendula)
• Senna leaf (Cassia angustifolia)
• Senna pods (Cassia angustifolia)
• Juniper berry (Juniperus communis)
• Seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus)
• Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum)
• Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
• Buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula)
• Elderflower (Sambucus nigra)

Usage

Pour 150 ml of hot water over 1 teaspoon of herbs. Leave to steep covered for 10 minutes, then strain. You can drink 1 to 2 cups per day, preferably in the evening.

Warning: not suitable for children under 12 years, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or those with gastrointestinal disorders. Do not use for more than 14 consecutive days. Contains liquorice – people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
