How it works

Use & Dosage
Roll the earplug between thumb and fingers and compress it into a smooth, thin cylinder. Reach with your hand over your head and pull the ear gently upwards and outwards to be able to insert the earplug correctly. Place the compressed, round earplug well into the ear canal. The tip must go in first. Hold the earplug in place while it expands. If the earplug is inserted correctly, it does not protrude from the ear. The earplugs are suitable for single use. Replace dirty or damaged earplugs.
