Usage & Dosage

Rinse twice daily for 30 seconds with 15 ml of mouthwash, preferably in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Do not swallow the product. Do not rinse with water after rinsing. Avoid eating or drinking for up to half an hour after use to maintain effectiveness.
