Pasta 43% (durum WHEAT semolina), MILK proteins, fully refined SOY oil, textured SOY proteins 8.5%, maltodextrin, tomato powder 4.9%, natural flavourings (salt, WHEAT), minerals (calcium, potassium, milk minerals, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, selenium, molybdenum), onion powder, acid: citric acid, choline, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, dried parsley, salt, vitamins (A, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, E, K, D, B12, biotin), dried oregano, dried garlic, colour: paprika extract, antioxidants (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid, alpha-tocopherol)
Add 150 ml of cold water to a bowl + a sachet. Then stir and place the bowl in the microwave for 3min at 600W. Stir again and leave to stand with a lid for 5min
