Usage
Adults and children from 12 years: 1 capsule per day.
Children from 4 to 12 years: 1 capsule every other day.
This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years. Take the capsule with sufficient water, preferably after a meal. Other dosages as prescribed by an expert (doctor or therapist). Adhere to the recommended dosage.

Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25 ºC) in a dry and dark place. As the formula consists of natural raw materials, you may notice a slight colour difference between the capsules. Always keep out of reach and sight of young children!
