Accidents happen, and a cut or graze requires immediate and careful attention to prevent discomfort. Without proper disinfection, bacteria can spread, which hinders the skin's natural recovery. Betadine Iodine solution offers trusted support for skin disinfection, so you can take care of yourself and your family with peace of mind.
- Broad disinfectant action thanks to the active ingredient povidone-iodine, which helps in disinfecting various minor wounds.
- Visual control is possible because the brown colour indicates where the product is still active.
- Non-stinging in use, making it suitable for both adults and children for everyday wound care.
- Versatile application for cuts, grazes, and minor burns in the daily routine.
How it works
The active ingredient povidone-iodine is a disinfectant that effectively tackles microorganisms. Upon contact with the skin, the iodine is gradually released from the povidone complex. The characteristic brown colour of the solution is a handy indicator: as long as the colour is visible on the skin, the product continues to do its job. As soon as the colour fades, the iodine has worn off and a new application may be necessary.
