Golden Naturals Iron Bisglycinate Plus uses an organic, well-absorbable form of iron: iron bisglycinate. This compound is mild on the stomach and is more easily recognised and absorbed by the body than inorganic forms of iron. Vitamin C changes the iron into a form that can pass through the intestinal wall more easily, while copper and vitamin B2 regulate further processing and transport in the blood. Ingredients

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably between meals with water. Suitable for children from 3 years old. This food supplement can, as far as is known, be used in combination with medication.
