Ingredients

Usage & Dosage
For one serving, mix 30 g of powder with 500 ml of water.
We recommend using 1 to 3 servings of Isoclear® per day, for example immediately after waking up, after training or simply as a tasty refreshment in between.
We recommend taking 2 g of protein per kg of body weight daily for optimal muscle growth and muscle maintenance.
