Usage
For optimal recovery, take 1 to 3 portions (0.8 - 1.5 g/kg body weight) of Isostar Whey Protein as soon as possible and no later than 3 hours after finishing exercise, as a supplement to a varied diet.
Preparation of one portion: dissolve 4 scoops of powder (= 30g) in 220ml of cold water or milk. Drink plenty of fluids.
