Usage & Dosage
1. Gently brush your teeth before use. 2. Ensure your hands are clean and dry. 3. Remove the pre-filled tray from the sealed pouch and place the tray immediately into your mouth, ensuring the gel comes into contact with the tooth surface. Gently push the trays into place with your thumbs. Upper and lower teeth can be whitened at the same time. 4. Gently close your lips over the tray and close your mouth carefully. Note: if you bite too hard, excess gel may seep out of the tray and away from the teeth. Avoid swallowing the gel. 5. Remove the tray after 20 minutes and discard it immediately. Rinse gently with water to remove any remaining gel from your teeth and gums.
