Use & Dosage

For evaporation: add 3 to 5 drops as desired to an aroma diffuser or aroma burner filled with water. For bath or massage: mix a maximum of 5 to 10 drops with 50 ml of a vegetable base oil (such as almond oil) before applying to the skin or adding to bath water. Do not use undiluted on the skin.
