Birch leaf (Betula pendula), Senna leaf (Cassia angustifolia), Senna pods (Cassia angustifolia), Juniper berry (Juniperus communis), Seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus), Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum), Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula), Elderflower (Sambucus nigra)
Usage
Pour 150 ml of hot water over 1 teaspoon of herbs. Allow to steep covered for 10 minutes, then strain. You can drink 1 to 2 cups per day, preferably in the evening.
Warning: not suitable for children under 12 years of age, pregnant women, women who are breastfeeding or in case of gastrointestinal disorders. Do not use for more than 14 consecutive days. Contains liquorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
