Jolen Creme Bleach Regular has been specially developed to break down the natural pigments in the hair in a controlled and mild manner. Mixing the active cream with the accelerator creates a homogeneous formula that penetrates the hair shaft and lightens dark hair until it matches your natural skin tone. Cream ingredients: Aqua, Glyceryl stearate, Isopropyl myristate, Stearyl stearate, Hydrogen peroxide, Propylene Glycol, Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, Stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, Phosphoric Acid. Accelerator ingredient: Ammonium bicarbonate.
1. Clean the area to be treated with soap and cold water and pat dry.
2. Use the spatula to apply ¼ teaspoon of Accelerator powder to the mixing tray. Clean the spatula.
3. Add ¾ teaspoon of cream. (For larger areas: mix 1/3 part powder with 2/3 part cream).
4. Mix the ingredients with the spatula until the powder is well blended with the cream.
5. Apply the mixture to the area to be treated with the spatula, ensuring hairs are completely covered. If hair is not completely bleached after 5 to 10 minutes, reapply.
6. Rinse well with cold water.
