Paracetamol, hard fat (adeps solidus).
Use & Dosage
The dosage and maximum daily dosage depend not only on age but also on body weight. Insert rectally with the pointed end first; moistening the suppository facilitates insertion. Maintain an interval of 6 hours between doses. If there is no improvement in symptoms, do not use for longer than 5 days for pain and no longer than 3 days for fever, without consulting a doctor.
Age, Body weight, Dose, Number of doses per day:
6 – 9 years: 22 – 30 kg, 500 mg, 2 – 3 times per day
9 – 12 years: 30 – 40 kg, 500 mg, 3 times per day
12 – 15 years: 40 – 55 kg, 500 mg, 4 times per day

Do not use if allergic to paracetamol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. It is important not to use too much, as this medicine can cause liver and kidney problems. This medicine carries a risk of headache with prolonged use for headaches. Stop use immediately if you develop a skin rash or sores in the mouth and contact a doctor. Consult a GP if the pain or fever has not subsided after 5 days, or if you need painkillers for headaches for more than 15 days per month. Do not use in case of liver or kidney disorders, Gilbert's syndrome, Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, accelerated breakdown of red blood cells, dehydration, chronic malnutrition, asthma with allergy to aspirin, infection with breathing problems, or nausea/vomiting after taking paracetamol.
