Holisan Kanug is based on the classic Ayurvedic principles of synergy, where the myrrh tree (Commiphora mukul) plays the central role. Usage & Dosage

Take 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily with warm water, the first time on an empty stomach. Not immediately before or after a meal. Maximum 6 tablets per day.
