Use & Dosage
Cut or tear open the pouch and remove 1 gel strip. Remove the transparent layer from the back of the gel strip and discard it. Wipe sweat from the skin before use. Place the gel strip on the forehead or neck. If desired, cut the gel strip to a suitable size with scissors. Store the unused part of the gel strip in the pouch and fold the top end over twice to prevent drying out. For single use only. The gel strip will not adhere well to the skin if the strip is removed and reapplied multiple times.
