Lamberts L-Lysine 1000mg provides L-Lysine, an essential amino acid. The body cannot produce L-Lysine itself, making us entirely dependent on our diet. L-Lysine is primarily found in animal-based foods; vegetables and plant proteins generally contain less L-Lysine.
