Ingredients
L-lysine HCl, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, cat's claw, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, glazing agent: hypromellose, humectant: polyethylene glycol.
Usage
As a course: 1 tablet 2 to 3 times per day
Maintenance dose: 1 tablet once per day
Preferably take the tablets on an empty stomach or at least half an hour before or after a meal with a food rich in vitamin C (fruit juice).
For effective support during a course, minimise the consumption of arginine-rich foods such as peanuts, nuts, seeds, chocolate, onions, and mushrooms.
Difficulty swallowing? All our tablets can be crushed with a mortar or tablet crusher. Powder-filled capsules can be opened. The tablet or capsule can then be taken in powder form in water or yoghurt, for example.
This product should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
