Cats claw is a well-known herb that naturally contributes to overall resistance and the maintenance of good health. By combining these ingredients in a scientifically substantiated ratio, this supplement offers an effective addition to your healthy lifestyle.

L-lysine	1,500 mg
Cats claw	300 mg

Ingredients

L-lysine HCl, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, cats claw, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, glazing agent: hypromellose, humectant: polyethylene glycol.

Usage & Dosage

As a course: 1 tablet 2 to 3 times a day.
Maintenance dose: 1 tablet once a day.

Preferably take the tablets on an empty stomach or at least half an hour before or half an hour after a meal with a vitamin C-rich food (fruit juice).
For good support during a course, make as little use as possible of arginine-rich foods, such as peanuts, nuts, seeds, chocolate, onions, and mushrooms.

Difficulty swallowing? All our tablets may be ground down with a mortar or tablet crusher. Powder-filled capsules can be opened. The tablet or capsule can be taken in powder form in, for example, water or yoghurt in this way.
