L-lysine: 1,500 mg
Cat's claw: 300 mg

Ingredients
L-lysine HCl, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, cat's claw, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, glazing agent: hypromellose, humectant: polyethylene glycol.

Usage
Intensive course: 1 tablet 2 to 3 times per day
Maintenance dose: 1 tablet once per day

Take the tablets preferably on an empty stomach or at least half an hour before or after a meal with a food rich in vitamin C (fruit juice).

For optimal support during an intensive course, minimise the consumption of arginine-rich foods such as peanuts, nuts, seeds, chocolate, onions, and mushrooms.

This product should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
