Ingredients: bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), bovine gelatine, L-selenomethionine, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
Usage: For maintenance, the recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day, preferably during or after a meal. The maximum dosage is 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised.
