Directions for Use:
Add 5 lactase drops to 1 litre of milk or other sweet, liquid dairy. Stir or shake well and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After this period, at least 80% of the lactose will have been broken down. For a higher conversion percentage, add more drops. For direct intake, take 5-10 drops per 125 ml of dairy product, depending on the degree of lactose intolerance.
