Ladrôme's flower complexes are very easy to use thanks to a spray system. The recommended dosage is: 2 sprays under the tongue, 4 times a day. For children from 6 years old, the sprays can be put into a glass of water to obtain a diluted and drinkable solution. Since they were made according to Dr Bach's instructions with an organic cognac, the flower complexes have an alcohol content of 40°. They are therefore not recommended for pregnant women and children under 6 years old.
