With a refined dilution of 1/240th and preserved in high-quality organic cognac, this essence is developed to offer subtle support in times when you need more inner balance. Usage & Dosage

2 to 4 drops in non-sparkling water, about 4 times a day (e.g. in the morning upon waking and in the evening before going to sleep). It is recommended not to use more than 5 essences at the same time. Note: Contains alcohol.
