Usage
- Vaporising: has a relaxing and soothing effect, for good peace of mind. Helps with free breathing.

- Care: on the skin it has a relaxing and restorative effect, so it's wonderful to add a few drops to a base oil. For tired muscles, a few drops added to a base oil are also wonderful for a massage. Relieves the muscles.

- Add a few drops when you wash, or on a cloth in the dryer, your laundry will smell wonderful and natural!

Warnings
Essential oils are highly concentrated natural substances. Be careful when using them; you should never use them neat on the skin, with the exception of a few essential oils on the advice of an aromatherapist.
