Ingredients:
Gluten-free wheat starch <5ppm, whey powder (MILK), chia seeds, E412, apple fibres, MILK powder, potato glucose, rapeseed fat, stabiliser: E170, caramel.
Usage:
- Required: 450ml lukewarm water (max 25°C), 500g bread mix, 50g margarine or 2 tablespoons of oil, 8g sugar, 4g salt.
- Yeast: 7-10g dried yeast (for the oven) or 4g dried yeast (for the bread machine).
- Let rise for 1 hour.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35-45 minutes.
