Usage
450 ml lukewarm water (max 25°C), 500g bread mix, 50g margarine or 2 tbsp oil, 8g sugar, 4g salt, 7-10g dried yeast (for the oven) or 4g dried yeast (for the bread machine).
Leave to rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 180°C in the oven for 35 - 45 min.
