Maize starch, sweet whey powder (milk), brown teff, E412, milk powder, potato glucose, caramel, stabiliser: E170, rapeseed fat.

Step 1. Add 450 ml lukewarm (max 25°C) water to a bowl.
Step 2. Add 50 grams of margarine, 2 tablespoons of oil or 20 grams of bread improver.
Step 3. Add 8 grams of sugar and 4 grams of salt or bread flavouring.
Step 4. Add 500 grams of bread mix.
Step 5. 4 grams of dried yeast (for bread machines) or 7-10 grams of dried yeast (for the oven).
Then mix for a maximum of 3 minutes, leave to rise for 1 hour, then bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (gas) or 180°C (fan) for approximately 35-45 minutes.
Bread machine: French programme.
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed.
