Finding a tasty and nutritious alternative to traditional wheat bread can be a challenge, especially when you want to be conscious about your diet or avoid specific ingredients. A lack of variety in your baking can lead to a monotonous diet and reduced enjoyment in your daily meals. Le Poole Twello quinoa bread mix offers the perfect, responsible solution. With this carefully composed mix, you can easily bake a delicious, fresh loaf that fits into a vital lifestyle and is suitable for the whole family.
Quinoa is naturally a pseudocereal that is rich in essential nutrients. By combining quinoa flour with maize starch and potato glucose, a baking mix is created that ensures a good structure and a mild, slightly nutty flavour. The addition of sweet whey powder supports the browning and texture of the crust during the baking process. This ensures an artisanal result without having to compromise on your conscious dietary choices.
