Ingredients: corn starch, sweet whey powder (MILK), brown teff, E412, MILK powder, potato glucose, caramel, stabiliser: E270, rapeseed fat
Recipe:
450 ml lukewarm (max 25°C) water
50g margarine or 2 tablespoons oil OR 20g bread improver
8g sugar
4g salt OR bread aroma
500g bread mix
4g dried yeast (for bread machine) OR
7-10g dried yeast (for oven)
Add to the mixing bowl or bread pan in the order listed above.
Oven: Mix for a maximum of 3 minutes, leave to rise for 1 hour, then bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (gas) or 180°C (fan) for 35 - 45 minutes.
Bread machine: French programme
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed.
