Maintaining a varied and fibre-rich diet can be a significant challenge when you have to cut gluten from your diet. Many gluten-free brown breads are compact and lack the characteristic, full flavour of artisanal farmhouse bread, which can make your daily meals monotonous. Le Poole Twello's farmhouse brown bread mix offers the perfect, responsible support. This mix allows you to bake a delicious, fragrant brown bread yourself that is rich in flavour and texture, helping you to effortlessly support your healthy lifestyle and vitality.
Twello's farmhouse brown bread mix combines maize starch with nutritious teff flour. Teff is known for its fine structure and rich aroma, which gives this gluten-free bread its characteristic, artisanal farmhouse brown character. The addition of milk proteins and refined fats ensures a smooth dough that rises well and retains a soft structure after baking. This way, the whole family can enjoy a responsible and tasty product.
