Finding a tasty and nutritious bread that fits within a lactose-free diet can be a daily challenge. Many ready-made options lack the authentic texture and full flavour of traditional bakery bread, which can lead to frustration in the kitchen. With Le Poole Twello's farmhouse brown bread mix lactose-free, you can easily bring artisanal bakery quality into your home without compromising on your dietary needs or your well-being.
Key benefits
- Formulated completely lactose-free, making it an excellent fit for a conscious and sensitive lifestyle for the whole family.
- Rich in natural fibre thanks to the addition of valuable apple fibre, which contributes to your daily diet.
- Versatile in use and suitable for preparation in both a traditional oven and an automatic bread machine.
- Carefully composed with high-quality ingredients such as inulin and dextrose for optimal texture and a mild, authentic flavour.
How it works
This specific bread mix has been developed by specialists to offer a reliable and tasty alternative to traditional wheat bread. Through the careful selection of gluten-free and lactose-free ingredients, such as corn starch and apple fibre, a firm yet airy texture is created during the baking process. The addition of inulin, a soluble dietary fibre, not only supports the texture of the dough but also contributes to your daily fibre balance. This way, you can enjoy freshly baked, warm farmhouse brown bread in a responsible manner that fits into your daily routine.
