Le Poole Twello's white bread mix
This high-quality bread mix from Le Poole Twello is ideal for baking delicious white bread.
Ingredients
Corn starch, sweet whey powder (MILK), E412, MILK powder, inulin, potato glucose, stabiliser: E170, rapeseed fat.

Usage
Recipe:
450 ml Lukewarm (max 25°C) water
50 grams margarine or 2 tablespoons oil OR 20 grams bread improver
8 grams sugar
4 grams salt OR bread flavouring
500 grams bread mix
4 grams dried yeast (for bread machines) OR
7-10 grams dried yeast (for the oven)
Add the ingredients in the order above into a mixing bowl or baking tin.
Oven: Mix for a maximum of 3 minutes, leave to rise for 1 hour. Then bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (gas) or 180°C (fan) for 35 - 45 minutes.
Bread machine: Use the 'French' programme.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place.
