When acute diarrhoea occurs, you want to regain control quickly so that you can continue your activities without worry. Leidapharm Loperamide 2mg offers a responsible solution by regulating bowel movements and making your stool firmer again, so that you quickly feel vital again.
- Slows down bowel movement, which reduces the urge and means you need to go to the toilet less often.
- Promotes the absorption of fluid and salts, which helps to return the stool to a normal consistency.
- Offers quick support for acute diarrhoea for adults and children aged 12 and over.
- Easy-to-take capsules that fit into your daily routine during short-term complaints.
How it works
Loperamide hydrochloride is an effective substance that acts directly on the wall of the intestine. It slows down the propulsive movements of the intestines, meaning the bowel contents are in transit for longer. This gives the body more time to absorb water and electrolytes from the stool. As your trusted health partner, VitAdvice advises you to always drink extra water during diarrhoea to keep your fluid balance up to standard.
