Leidapharm Loratadine 10mg contains the active substance loratadine, an antihistamine. This agent blocks the action of histamine, the substance released in the body during an allergic reaction that causes symptoms such as sneezing, itching and watery eyes. LACTOSE monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose (E460), magnesium stearate (E470b) and maize starch.

Use & Dosage

You can divide the tablet into equal doses.
Adults and children aged 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet once a day with a glass of water, with or without food.
Children aged 2 to 12 years are dosed based on their weight:
- Children weighing more than 30 kg: Take 1 tablet once a day with a glass of water, with or without food.
- Children weighing 30 kg or less: Take half a tablet once a day with a glass of water, with or without food.
Adults and children with severe liver problems: Contact your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before taking this medicine. The recommended dosage is then as follows:
- Adults and children weighing more than 30 kg: Take 1 tablet once every other day (1 time per 2 days) with a glass of water, with or without food.
- Children weighing 30 kg or less: Take half a tablet once every other day (1 time per 2 days) with a glass of water, with or without food.
Maximum dosage: 0.5 - 1 tablet per day, depending on age and weight.
Instructions for use: Take with a glass of water. If there is no improvement in the complaint within 14 days, do not use for longer without consulting a doctor. Read the package leaflet before use. Pay attention to the maximum daily dosage.
