How it works

Leidapharm Paracetamol/caffeine combines two active components for an effective effect. Paracetamol works as an analgesic and antipyretic by influencing the transmission of pain signals in the nervous system and helping to regulate body temperature during fever. The added caffeine potentially strengthens the analgesic effect of the paracetamol and also helps to reduce fatigue that often accompanies pain, making you feel comfortable again faster.

Ingredients

Maize starch, gelatin (E441), croscarmellose sodium (E468) and magnesium stearate (E470b).

Use & Dosage

Adults and children from 15 years (> 55 kg body weight): 1-2 tablets at a time, maximum 6 tablets (3000 mg paracetamol and 300 mg caffeine) per 24 hours.

Children aged 12 – 15 years: 1 tablet at a time, maximum 4-6 times per 24 hours. The lower administration frequency is intended for the youngest children in the relevant age category.

Instructions for use: take with a large amount of water, maintaining an interval of at least 4 hours. The lowest number of doses per 24 hours applies to the youngest children in the age group. Dosage and maximum daily dosage depend on age and body weight. See package leaflet for the correct dosage advice. If there is no improvement in the complaint, do not use for longer than 3 days for fever and 5 days for pain, without consulting a doctor. Pay attention to the maximum daily dosage.

Must NOT be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use at the same time as other medicines containing paracetamol. Do not consume alcohol while using paracetamol. Avoid the simultaneous use of products with a large amount of caffeine (such as coffee, cola and energy drinks).
