Use & Dosage

Take approximately 40 centimetres of floss and wrap the ends around your middle fingers. Pull the thread taut and guide it carefully between your teeth and molars. Move the thread with a gentle, sawing motion up and down along the side of each tooth, to just below the gum line. Use a clean piece of thread for each space.
