Ingredients
Olive oil, Green-lipped mussel oil (Perna canaliculus), gelling agent (bovine gelatine, water), emulsifier (glycerol), antioxidant (rosemary extract, vitamin E, vitamin C).
Usage
Take 2 capsules twice daily for the first 4-6 weeks, then 1 capsule twice daily or as recommended. For children, adjust according to body weight. Preferably take with a meal.
