Lima Tamari strong organic is a liquid flavour enhancer that is created through a careful and natural fermentation process of soy beans with the Aspergillus oryzae fungus. This traditional process provides a deep, rich umami flavour that enriches dishes in a natural way. Unlike Shoyu, Tamari contains no wheat, which means the flavour remains more stable during heating and the sauce is widely applicable during cooking. It serves as a liquid alternative to the classic stock cube and helps you to dose salt intake in a controlled way, fitting within a balanced diet. Composition

Ingredients
Water, SOYA beans*, sea salt, alcohol*, A. Oryzae. * = from organic farming Usage & Dosage
Shoyu and Tamari are flavour enhancers, the healthy and liquid counterparts to the stock cube. They fit just as well in Western as in Eastern cuisine. Use them not only to salt dishes, but also to enhance the natural flavour of the ingredients, during cooking and at the table. The flavour of Shoyu is characterised by a genuine hint of alcohol, which is the result of the fermentation of the wheat. That is the reason why the product cannot withstand prolonged heating, and why it should therefore only be added at the end of the cooking process, so that the flavour is not lost. Shoyu can be perfectly combined with pickles, stir-fry dishes, rice, noodles, sushi, sashimi or steamed vegetables, with mirin (rice wine), wasabi, ginger or grated daikon. Safety & Disclaimer
