Use & Dosage
Blow your nose. Remove the protective cap. Before the first application, pump a few times until an even spray is produced. The nasal spray is now ready for use. If you have not used the spray for 7 days or more, press the pump once to make the spray ready for use again. If you have not used the spray for less than 7 days, the dosing spray is immediately ready for use. Hold the nasal spray upright and tilt your head slightly forward. Insert the nasal piece into the nostril and press the atomizer firmly once. Then remove the nasal piece from the nostril before releasing the pressure. Administer 1 spray into each nostril. While pumping, you should inhale through your nose. After use, clean the tip and replace the cap. To prevent possible spread of infection, the bottle should only be used by 1 person.
