Usage & Dosage

Use the mouthwash twice daily after brushing your teeth, preferably in the morning and evening. Pour 20 ml (approximately 4 teaspoons) into a glass. Rinse the mouth thoroughly around the teeth and gums for 30 seconds and then spit out the liquid. Do not swallow.
