Hennaplus Long Lasting Colour uses innovative colour techniques in combination with high-quality botanical extracts. Sunflower seed extract offers natural protection against UV radiation and colour fading, while extracts of rooibos, green tea, ginseng, hops, chamomile and rosemary intensively condition the hair during colouring. Hennaplus Long Lasting Colour must be applied directly to dry, unwashed hair. Do you regularly use 2-in-1 shampoos or have you styled your hair with wax, gel or mousse? Then wash your hair first with a neutral shampoo and dry it well before applying the colour.
Preparation:
Have the following ready before you start colouring:
- Protection for clothing (e.g. an old towel or a cape)
- A dark or light towel (depending on the chosen colour) to dry your hair with
- A wide-toothed comb (not metal)
- A timer
1. Put on the included gloves.
2. Open the application bottle with developer liquid A. Then open the tube of colour cream B using the pointed cap and empty the entire tube content into the application bottle.
3. Close the application bottle A tightly again and shake vigorously until a uniform mixture is formed.
4. Unscrew the small cap of the application bottle A and start applying immediately. Under no circumstances leave the mixture in a closed bottle!
Application:
Not yet coloured hair - for natural, previously uncoloured hair:
5. Apply the mixture using the application bottle A to dry, unwashed hair. Strand by strand, from the hairline to the ends.
6. Distribute the mixture evenly over the entire hair. Finally, massage the mixture lightly into the hair and comb it through.
Leave to act for 30 minutes.
On already coloured hair:
7. If your hair is already coloured and regrowth has appeared, apply the mixture only to the hairline. Use approx. 2/3 of the mixture for this and massage it in lightly.
8. After 20 minutes of processing time, distribute the rest of the mixture over the hair lengths and ends. Massage in lightly and distribute with a comb.
Leave to act for another 10 minutes.
9. After the processing time has elapsed, lather the hair with some lukewarm water. Then rinse until the rinse water is clear. If necessary, the hair can be rinsed once briefly with a mild shampoo, for example Guhl Colour Retention & Care or Guhl Colorshine.
10. Finally, apply the included Caring Shine Balm C to the rinsed, towel-dried hair. Massage in briefly, leave to act for 2-5 minutes and rinse carefully. You can then style your hair as you are used to.
Storage advice: Store closed, out of reach of children.
Warnings: Observe the indicated processing times. The processing time starts after the colour has been fully applied. The colour of the mixture may change during colouring. This is normal and has no effect on the colour result. For very thick, strong or heavily greying hair, extend the processing time by 5 to 15 minutes. As soon as the mixture is ready, open the application bottle and apply the entire product immediately. Under no circumstances store the resulting mixture. To prevent the colour from getting on your face, you can apply a greasy skin cream to the hairline. Any colour stains on the skin can be easily removed with a cotton pad soaked in shampoo. To protect clothing, you can put an old towel around your shoulders. Protect textiles, furniture and other objects from colour stains.
Safety measures: Do not colour your hair if: You suffer from a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp; You have previously had a reaction after hair colouring; You have had a reaction in the past after a temporary tattoo with black henna. Temporary tattoos with black henna can lead to an increased risk of an allergic reaction. Wear suitable gloves. Do not use if your hair has been coloured with henna or metal salts. Do not use for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows. This can cause blindness. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if the product has come into contact with them. Keep out of reach of children. Contains hydrogen peroxide, resorcinol, phenylenediamines (toluenediamines). Contains sodium sulfite to preserve the colour. Prevent the product from coming into contact with clothing, plastic or absorbent surfaces. In case of an unexpected reaction during use (such as itching, burning sensation, rash), rinse the hair colour immediately with lukewarm water. Stop use and consult a doctor if necessary. Before applying a hair colour treatment again, you should in any case seek advice from a doctor and follow it strictly. Perform an allergy test 48 hours before application every time you colour your hair, even if hair colour products have been used before. Perform the test on approx. 1 cm x 1 cm of skin surface in the elbow. Apply a little colour cream (tube) thinly with a cotton swab in the elbow and let it act uncovered for 45 minutes. Close the tube tightly. Wash the product thoroughly from the skin with water after 45 minutes. If reactions appear during the processing time or during the following 48 hours, rinse the area immediately and do not use the product under any circumstances. This care is only a precaution. Completing the test without symptoms does not guarantee that no allergic reaction will occur when using the product.
