How it works
Loratadine is an antihistamine that inhibits the action of histamine, a substance the body produces during an allergic reaction. By specifically targeting this reaction, the medicine helps to reduce hypersensitivity symptoms of both the airways and the skin. This provides quick support for seasonal complaints such as hay fever, but also for allergies that occur all year round.
