Ingredients
Herbs (extracts), N-acetyl-L-cysteine, thickener (cellulose as capsule shell), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), L-ascorbic acid, citrus bioflavonoid extract, mixture of viable bacteria, anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), zinc citrate.
Usage & Dosage
As a starting dose, take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with water. This recommended amount may also be taken spread throughout the day before meals with water. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Children from 2 to 12 years old: 1 capsule per day. Golden Naturals Respiratory Support can be used long-term. We advise avoiding dairy products (as much as possible) when using this food supplement. As far as is known, this food supplement can be used in combination with medication. Not suitable for those wishing to conceive or during pregnancy, but suitable during breastfeeding. Suitable for vegans.
