Lucovitaal Flat tummy capsules should be taken orally. The recommended dosage for adults and children aged 12 and over is 1 capsule 2-3 times a day for 2-4 weeks. The capsules should be taken with food or after a meal. The capsule must be swallowed whole with a large glass of water (200 ml).
