Ingredients
Glucomannan Konjac Mannan (root), Garcinia Cambogia, Bovine Gelatine, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), sunflower oil (Helianthus Annuus Hybrid Oil).

Usage
2 capsules 3 times daily. Preferably take the capsules half an hour before meals with 1-2 glasses of water.
