Use & Dosage
3 times a day 1 to 2 capsules, take 1 hour before each meal with at least 1 glass of water (250 ml). Swallow the capsule whole. The dosage can be increased every 3 days by 1 capsule per meal, until hunger is clearly reduced and the need for snacks disappears. Do not exceed the maximum dosage. Obesimed Forte should not be used for longer than 30 days in 1 treatment period.
