Usage
Recipe for gluten-free bread: mix 13g Mix'Gom with 500g flour of your choice. Add: 25g Lev'Sarrasin or Lev'Quinoa (or 5g yeast) + 10g salt + 1 tablespoon olive oil + 400-450ml lukewarm water. Pour into a loaf tin, leave to rest for 1 hour 30 mins - 2 hours in a place with a moderate temperature, then bake for 45-50 mins at 200-230°C (Gas Mark 7-8).
