Ingredients: Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium taurate, bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate, glycine, taurine, colour: calcium carbonate, rice starch, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, glazing agent: hypromellose, humectant: polyethylene glycol, pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
Usage: Initial dose: 1 tablet 3 times a day. Maintenance dose: 1 tablet 1 to 2 times a day. Take at least one dose before bedtime. Take tablets with water. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. In high doses, magnesium can have a laxative effect.
